VSM

VSM KK711X is a universal, high-performance aluminium oxide abrasive with a sturdy polyester or cotton cloth backing. The wide range of grit sizes makes it an excellent all-rounder: It can be used for deburring work with the P24, for example after laser cutting or water jet cutting. It also withstands extreme stresses, caused by sharp edges or sharp burrs, for example, and can also be used for polishing work with the P400. VSM KK711X abrasives are designed for nonferrous metals, stainless steel and unalloyed steel. Also suitable for aluminum. Compatible with parquet sanders, backstand sanders, long belt sanders, robot grinders and slack of belt machines.

VSM XF760 is the all-rounder for machining unalloyed steel. Self-sharpening ceramic-grain fibre disc achieves excellent results and a long service life when removing weld seams and when bevelling. Ideal alternative to XF870 if the additional TOP SIZE layer can be omitted. The self-sharpening mechanism ensures a consistently high stock removal rate by continually recreating sharp grain points, while its high wear resistance and specialized coating for hand-held machines enhance its effectiveness. Additionally, the form-resistant vulcanized fibre backing contributes to its overall reliability and performance. VSM XF760 abrasives are designed for stainless steel and unalloyed steel. Also suitable for aluminum, nonferrous metals and superalloys/coatings. Compatible with angle grinders.

VSM XF885 CERAMICS Plus meets TOP SIZE: XF885 has microcrystalline ceramic grains with optimized self-sharpening effect. With the grinding-active additional layer, the fibre disc is optimized for machining superalloys, stainless steels and aluminium and has an impressively aggressive yet cool grinding action and a very long service life. The even further improved performance ensures very high stock removal rates during bevelling or weld seam processing. Compatible with angle grinder machines.

VSM CK721X is a universally usable silicon carbide abrasive belt with high cutting capacity and wide range of grit sizes. Achieves a fine scratch pattern and ensures particularly brilliant gloss levels (high gloss unit). Since CK721X is oil- and water-resistant, the gloss level can be further increased by using grinding oils.
