tesa® 62936 is a double sided PE foam tape for constructive mounting applications. It consists of a highly conformable PE foam backing and a tackified acrylic adhesive. Offers strong initial adhesion across a variety of substrates. It is fully suitable for outdoor use, being resistant to UV rays, water, and aging. The adhesive accommodates the varying thermal expansion of different materials. It provides significant immediate bonding strength, even under low pressure. Additionally, it exhibits excellent cold shock resistance. Applications include interior all cladding panels, bumper rails on commercial freezers, injection moulded plastic parts, mirror and colour glass panels.
