Foil Tape - FSK Scrim Silver AF-FSK-A 72MMx46M 6.8MIL 16/CS

This product features a 4.8 mil three-way dead soft aluminum foil, reinforced with fibreglass scrim and backed by paper, all coated with a 2 mil aggressive adhesive. It is wound with a 3.2 mil removable paper release liner. The flexible foil is designed to easily conform to irregular and curved surfaces, ensuring maximum adhesive contact and providing a strong initial bond to insulation materials. It is used as an effective closure system for fibreglass and mineral wool insulation that is foil-faced, sealing seams and joints on aluminum-faced fibreglass duct boards while also acting as a vapour barrier to maintain the systems integrity.
