3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Low Odour Acrylic Adhesive DP810 is a toughened two-part acrylic adhesive that cures at room temperature and is specially formulated to bond oily metals, plastics, and other surfaces. With a low odour and non-flammable properties, this adhesive contributes to a safer work environment compared to typical acrylic adhesives. Features a strong shear and peel strength, but also good impact resistance for durability to meet demanding end-use applications. With a mix ratio of 1:1, it provides a 10-minute work life to allow time to adjust fit prior to setting. The adhesive reaches handling strength in approximately 20 minutes and is fully cured in 8-24 hours (at 72°F/22°C).

Ideal choice for a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications since it reaches structural strength twice as fast as most other competitive acrylic adhesives with a comparable open time. It bonds difficult surfaces such as powder coats and most plastics. With a 10:1 mix ratio and a 4-minute work life there's time to position substrates prior to adhesion. Once fully cured it will reach 1,000 psi (7 MPa) of overlap shear strength in about 9 minutes, half the time of similar adhesives, increasing throughput and productivity while featuring high peel and impact performance.

This adhesive greatly increases the reliability of finished assemblies with exceptional flexibility, its ability to with stand extreme temperature fluctuation and thermal cycling, and resistance to a wide range of chemicals and environmental conditions. For use on as received metal surfaces including aluminum, stainless and plated steels and forms tough, high strength bonds without surface preparation.
