ADHESIVES

NuFlex® 302 High Temperature Silicone Sealant is a medium modulus one-component acetoxy cure, non-sag caulking material. It cures to form a sturdy, rubbery solid upon exposure to moisture in the air. Formulated to perform at temperatures ranging from -65° to 260°C (-85° to 500°F) under continuous operating conditions. During intermittent exposure, it will withstand temperatures as high as 316°C (600°F). It is ideal for many sealing and bonding applications.

NuFlex® 180 Siliconized Acrylic Sealant is a paintable siliconized acrylic latex. It has superior adhesion and strength thanks to its added silicone. It is an excellent all-purpose sealant for cracks and joints and exhibits good adhesion to the full range of construction substrates. Ideally used for sealing interior joints between walls and panels, around door frames and baseboards, and between bathroom fixtures and walls.

3M™ Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant Accelerator AC63 is an additive that, when combined as a part of a two-component adhesive system, accelerates the curing of the adhesive. Capable of drastically reducing the handling time of adhesives used in highly productive construction settings. Adhesive mix is tack-free within 20 (+/-5) minutes and handling strength can be achieved within 120 minutes.

The galvanized metal collar houses a moulded silicone rubber intumescent ring. The silicone composition exhibits excellent performance stability, and when exposed to temperatures above 150°C (300°F), it will begin to expand. As the pipe softens and collapses under fire conditions, the silicone composition will rapidly intumesce to fill the void with a patented char composite that contains expanded graphite. The collar is pre-fabricated to fit 1-1/2” (38 mm), 2” (51 mm) and 3” (76 mm), and 4” (102 mm) trade sized pipes.

Self-Seal® FireBand is an intumescent silicone rubber wrap strip encapsulated within a polybag and is designed to seal combustible pipe penetrations in fire-rated walls and floors. The wrap strip is tightly wrapped around the combustible pipe and held in place with an adhesive strip on the bag. The silicone composition exhibits excellent performance stability, and when exposed to temperatures above 300°F (150°C), it will begin to expand. As the pipe softens and collapses under fire conditions, the silicone composition will rapidly intumesce to fill the void with a patented char composite that contains expanded graphite.

Self-Seal® GG-266 Intumescent Silicone Firestop is a single-component, neutral cure, non-slumping intumescent silicone caulk that is designed to seal combustible service penetrations in fire-rated walls and floors. When exposed to temperatures above 150°C (300°F), it will begin to expand. As the combustible penetrating item softens and collapses under fire conditions, the silicone composition will rapidly intumesce to fill the void with a patented char composite that contains expanded graphite.

Self-Seal® GG-200 Non-Sag Silicone Firestop is a single-component, low modulus, non-slumping silicone firestop sealant designed for wall and floor applications. It forms a pressure-tight seal resistant to water, smoke and toxic gases; see Self-Seal® UL and cUL firestop systems for W (Water tightness) and L (Air Leakage) Ratings. The sealant is also resistant to cracking, ultraviolet radiation and ozone.

Self-Seal® SL-100 Self-Levelling Silicone Firestop is a single-component, low modulus, self-levelling silicone firestop sealant designed for floor applications. It forms a pressure-tight seal resistant to water, smoke and toxic gases; see Self-Seal® UL and cUL firestop systems for W (Water tightness) and L (Air Leakage) Ratings. The sealant is also resistant to cracking, ultraviolet radiation and ozone.

Proglaze® is a single-component, moisture-cure, acetoxy silicone sealant that excels in a variety of in-field and in-plant glazing applications. It produces a high-performance seal for a wide variety of glazing applications such as cap bead and metal-to-metal joints. Additional uses include in-plant applications where a gun-grade sealant is required.

Spectrem® 2 is a high-performance, single-component, neutral-cure, medium-modulus silicone sealant. It is ideal for a variety of perimeter caulking and glazing applications, including 2-sided structural glazing. Spectrem 2 may be used on substrates such as aluminum, glass, steel, painted metal, plastic, stone, concrete, and brick.

Tremsil® 600 is a single-component, neutral-cure, fast-skinning, medium modulus silicone sealant. The sealant cures to a flexible rubber when exposed to moisture present in the air.
